NO MEETING THIS WEEK
There will be no meeting this week. Our next meeting will be March 11 at 5PM, and will include a Q&A Panel of current LSU law school students and elections for new PAD officers.

Kaplan Staff Change
Patrice Hollins at Kaplan will be leaving the company on March 6.  Patrice has been our fraternity contact to the company for several years.  The new contact will be Pamela Pulido (Pamela.Pulido@kaplan.com).  If you need any information about Kaplan products and services, feel free to contact her.  Please join me in wishing Patrice all the best as she begins this new chapter! 

PAY YOUR DUES BY MARCH 2!
Your dues are due to be paid to Phi Alpha Delta on March 2.  This can be done via check or online at lsupad.webs.com/dues.  The rates are $125 for new members and $25 for existing/returning members.  

Elections for new PAD officers TWO WEEKS AWAY!
Elections for new officers will be held at our next meeting on March 11.  It isn't too early to begin planning for your involvement for next year. Elections for officers for the 2015-2016 year will be held March 11. This includes President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary, as well as all of the programming council positions.  The applications for these positions is attached.  If you are interested in applying, please complete the attached and submit to phialphadeltalsu@gmail.com by MARCH 9.  All initiated (or soon to be initiated) members are encouraged to apply! 

Order Cords for Graduation
If you are graduating this May and would like to wear PAD cords with your cap and gown at the ceremonies, please email me with your order for graduation cords by APRIL 1.  They will be delivered to you at our last general meeting on April 15.  The cost is $20.

Mission

LSU Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity is a professional law fraternity advancing professionalism, philanthropy and brotherhood through service to the student, the school, the profession and the community.  It is a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, which is one of the largest legal academic societies in the nation. Founded in 1902, Phi Alpha Delta has had six United States Presidents and five sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justices as members.  The pre-law chapter of LSU Phi Alpha Delta was chartered in 2003.

What We Do

LSU Phi Alpha Delta strives to expose its members to the legal profession through interacting and networking with current attorneys, judges, lawmakers, and other legal professionals, providing valuable information about the law school application process, and expose members to .  In this way, LSU PAD both educates those who have already made the decision to attend law school, but also helps those who are undecided to make this career decision.

How to join?

Attend any of our meetings and ask to join!  There are no requirements for membership other than being an LSU student and paying the required dues to Phi Alpha Delta International and LSU Phi Alpha Delta.
